Rooms are furnished in a modern, contemporary style, yet retaining the elegance of the Caribbean with colonial accents. The muslin draped four poster beds are the centre piece of each room.

60 rooms each of 550 sq ft or 51 sq metres, built in blocks of 4 each with their own entrance.
Upper floor rooms have larger veranda, , whilst lower floor rooms have a plunge pool.

All rooms are furnished in a modern contemporary style, with dark woods offset by neutral textured fabrics and natural stone travertine floors.
Each bedroom has a muslin draped king sized bed with the exception of 4 pairs of inter-connecting rooms which have twin beds.
Bathrooms comprise single vessel vanity basin , wc and walk in glass walled shower.

All suites have hairdryer; personal safe, bathrobes, bathroom amenities, flat screen TV’s, Wi-Fi internet access, mini bar. Access to guest rooms is via meandering pathways or concierge driven electric golf cart.

Sugar Ridge has two restaurants – Carmichael’s the open air fine dining restaurant, which has been designed to ensure diners can fully appreciate the stunning views from its hill top location and the sensational sunsets. The menu offers International dishes with strong Caribbean influences.

The Sugarclub with its high rafted ceiling and large open shutters cooled by the Caribbean breezes, dining can be inside alternatively on the expansive dining veranda. Menu choices include Tapas and Suchi as well as steaks, pizza etc.
